Local ISPP Program Requirements
  • Completed online application
  • Official transcripts from ALL college-level institutions attended
  • Documentation of DICAS Non-Match
  • DPD Verification Statement
  • Two professional references (from a current or past employer, professor or professional colleague)
  • Personal statement. Personal statement should 2–3 pages, double-spaced, with one-inch margins all around. Please discuss your strengths/weaknesses, personal definition of professionalism, and career aspirations.

Additional Admission Consideration

Program requires that a B- or better be earned in Biochemistry, Medical Nutrition Therapy I (or equivalent) and Medical Nutrition Therapy II (or equivalent). However, provisional acceptance is granted with the requirement of successfully completing (earning a B- or better) any required course(s) within the first semester of the program.
