For the 2023-2024 academic years, supervisors will complete Performance Discussions with their direct reports by April 30, 2024.  These conversations will be centered on achievements that help supervisors and employees agree on strengths and areas for improvement. These forward-thinking discussions will allow for an understanding of expectations and encourage open-dialogue aimed at reaching departmental and personal goals.  The process aligns with a key priority of the University’s Strategic plan which aims to increase staff satisfaction, wellness, sense of belonging, and psychological safety.

As part of this process, please review and update job descriptions as needed.  Completed Performance Discussion documents and updated job descriptions must be submitted electronically to HR@dom.edu by no later than May 15, 2024.
