Tracy Williams ’10
, a nutrition advocate, recently published an article in Disability Horizons about adaptive food plans for disabled people. Disability Horizons is an online lifestyle magazine that aims to help disabled people live the life they choose.

Tracy earned a degree in nutrition and dietetics from Dominican University. She has a passion for healthy living and serves as a consultant for three organizations that serve the disability community.

Tracy has moderate cerebral palsy as well as other chronic conditions. She encourages other disabled people to be creative in finding ways to have a full life.
