  • Revise and formalize faculty search protocols.

2020 Progress Points
  • 40+ faculty (primarily teaching in first‐year core curriculum) took an online summer course on “Foundations of Inclusive Teaching Practice.”
  • Nearly 100 faculty and staff took Spanish mini-courses to develop their language skills.
