In this major, you’ll closely examine the social, historical and legal framework for collective bargaining in the United States. You’ll also develop your skills in advocacy and conflict resolution to become a labor relations leader. In less than two years, you’ll be prepared to work in labor organizations, human resources, mediation or employment law. Want to go even further?
