To welcome you into our first event of the season, we are offering this concert free! That's right - The first 500 seats are free. No catch and no fine print. We're a university performing arts center, and part of our job is making sure Chicagoland knows we're here. We want this room full for the first night of our season, so we're giving the seats away. Reserve ahead so we know to expect you.

Serendipity has been bringing its infectious energy to Chicagoland audiences for more than a decade. Formed in the Chicago suburbs in 2011, the pop-rock band quickly earned attention for its confident stage presence, strong musicianship and ability to connect with a crowd. Since then, Serendipity has become a familiar presence at festivals, concert series and special events throughout the region—including performances at Guaranteed Rate Field—as well as appearances on television, radio and in commercials.

The band’s wide-ranging repertoire moves easily across generations, pairing favorites from artists such as Aretha Franklin, Fleetwood Mac, Heart and Journey with music by Nirvana, Green Day, Miranda Lambert, Walk the Moon and today’s pop performers. Powered by dynamic vocals and a polished live sound, Serendipity delivers the kind of high-energy performance that gets audiences singing along, dancing and rediscovering songs they love.
