Editorial Board Application

• Our editorial board is open to undergraduate students from all disciplines.
• Students can visit this link to complete their application.
• Candidates will be asked to submit their resume and a cover letter.
• Candidates will be asked to answer a prompt (500 words max).

Editorial Board Responsibilities
Some of the editorial board responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Read and review journal submissions, offer constructive feedback, and work alongside PASOS Network staff to select pieces for publication.
• Providing 1-1 editorial feedback to student writers and artists.
• Review journal visual elements and provide feedback to the Graphic Designer.
• Attend monthly meetings with Maria Villanueva, Assistant Director for PASOS Network.

Important Dates

• Applications are due Friday, January 30, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
• In-person or virtual interviews will take place Mid-February 2026
• Editorial Board acceptances will go out by Late-February 2026.
