Softdocs etrieve
Softdocs etrieve is a document management and process automation system. Dominican University is using it to phase out paper processes and retain records of university business. It is cloud-based and uses our Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication method to ensure security.
- etrieve Central - Where electronic forms are completed and routed through workflows for processing.
- Forms: A list of all digital forms sorted by department
- Submissions: A place to review any forms you touched (start, approve, deny, sign, process, review, etc.)
- etrieve Content - Where documents are scanned/uploaded to a repository and DU business records can be searched (access is limited).
