On behalf of the Division of Information Technology, congratulations on your graduation from Dominican University! As you celebrate a job well done, please take a moment to review the following important information regarding your accounts and other services.  

Username and Email Account Deactivation 

Six months from the date of your graduation, your Dominican University (DU) username and email address will be deactivated. When they are deactivated, this means you will no longer have access to the following systems: 

  • DU Email
  • Canvas
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • engageDU
  • myDU
  • One Drive
  • LinkedIn Learning 

Prior to the deactivation, multiple messages will be sent to your email account as advance notification. Please be sure that you’ve downloaded all important messages and files, in addition to notifying any important individuals of your account deactivation.
