Anjali Chaudhry, PhD

Anjali Chaudhry, professor of management, published a paper titled ‘Two to Tango? Implications of Alignment and Misalignment in Leader and Follower Perceptions of LMX” in the Journal of Business and Psychology. She also is serving as a visiting professor at the EM Strasbourg Business School for the 2020-2021 academic year, teaching courses on the introduction to organizational behavior and leadership, and as a visiting professor at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India, where she taught a graduate-level leadership and organizational behavior course seminar.

Tamara Bland, EdD, MSN, RN

Tamara Bland, assistant professor in nursing and acting executive director of the Elizabeth T. MacNeil School of Nursing, presented a virtual poster titled “Factors that Impact Black Nurses Leadership Opportunities in Higher Education” at the Nursing Education Research Conference, in addition to hosting a webinar for the American Nurses Association. Bland also has been appointed to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion steering committee of the American Nurses Association.
