Michael Tortorich is the Administrative Assistant for the department of Nutrition Science. As a college student, his primary interests were in literature, writing, and ideas. For many years he was a staff member at DePaul University, his alma mater. At DePaul he was the Assistant Director of Operations for an advising office that specialized in helping students explore majors and minors. Today, Michael is inspired by many topics, including identifying the most healing and nutritious substances found in Nature. He believes that positivity, beautiful thoughts and emotions, and a commitment to loving and understanding others can transform the world.
