Michael Paladines is the president and CEO of Paladin Management. He has been teaching Safefood classes for over 27 years. Fluent in both English and Spanish, his client roster covers over 3 states. Besides working as an instructor at Dominican University, he currently manages a staff of over 100 people at a restaurant in Chicago and enjoys teaching the importance of food safety around the country.


As a former chef instructor in Chicago, he enjoys cooking on a regular basis for family and friends. He also enjoys watching baseball and taking long rides on his motorcycle.
