Meredith LaGrasse is an Adjunct Instructor of Nutrition Sciences. She taught at Framingham State College in Framingham, Massachusetts for 8 years before moving to Illinois. Ms. LaGrasse’s former courses included an introductory course in nutrition, a senior-level Community Nutrition experiences course for Coordinated students, and a laboratory where students learn her favorite pastime, cooking! She enjoys teaching and in particular, connecting with students.

Ms. LaGrasse previously worked as an engineer after studying Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation. When she realized that her passion was centered around a healthy life and cooking, she pursued another Master of Science in Nutrition, graduating from Framingham State University in 2010.

Ms. LaGrasse believes that healthy food doesn’t mean boring food, and that enjoying food is a crucial aspect of life. She tries in every class to share her passion for food and eating well with anyone who will listen!
