Lynette Santos, MSN, RN-BC is currently an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the Borra College of Health Sciences - Elizabeth T MacNeil School of Nursing. She aspires to help nurses remain an indispensable, interdisciplinary asset to healthcare by creating true scholarship in nursing. Her profession goals are to equip students with evidence-based knowledge that bridges the gap between theory and practice, and to teach culturally congruent care strategies. Lynette has worked as an Adult Medical Oncology nurse since 2015 and is presently an Attending RN for Northwestern Medicine’s Heart Failure Units. Besides teaching, she enjoys embarking on new adventures, relaxing on beaches, and watching her family grow and flourish.
