Kimberly Shotick is the student success librarian and an assistant professor at Northern Illinois University. She has published on universal design for learning and has presented nationally on a number of academic library topics from accessibility to Wikipedia. Her background includes library administration, collection management, eLearning, library outreach, and accessibility and inclusion. Kimberly is an editor at the Journal of Library Outreach and Engagement and is active in ALA and ACRL.
