Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Mingowood Pharmacal, Kay has crafted growth strategies through data analysis of market trends and advised the executive team on channels to market for Mingowood’s ground-breaking formulation technology. Previously, she was a managing director at KPMG LLP, where she led strategic initiatives and national business development operations, developed professional development programs, and co-chaired an Inclusion and Diversity council.
