Jonathan Nall

Jon Nall is a licensed attorney with a background in employment law, regulatory affairs, and education. In his current role at TiLT - Talent in Leave Technology, Jon serves as a compliance attorney advising on leave of absence policies and processes, and helping to build an online platform designed to make leaves easier to navigate for employers and employees. Prior to joining TiLT, Jon worked at ComPsych for five years, coaching human resource professionals on FMLA, ADA, and state leave and disability issues. Over the past twenty years, Jon has also regularly taught business and law courses in several different modalities at Dominican University, Northwestern University, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the New York Institute of Technology.
