Daniel Rainey

In addition to his consulting and training practice, Daniel has taught mediation, negotiation, and the integration of technology into all aspects of dispute engagement in law schools and graduade programs for decades. He is the former Chief of Staff for the US National Mediation Board, and he is currently a Fellow of the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution, a Founding Board Member of the International Council for Online Dispute Resooution, Co-Chair of the International Mediation Institute ODR Task Force, Chair of the ABA ODR Standards Work Group, and a Committee Member of the Virginia Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission, Self-Represented Litigants Committee.
