Rashim Lettsome ’08 is returning to McHenry County College (MCC), this time as the Scots' head men’s basketball coach. He played at MCC from 2004-06 before transferring to Dominican.

As a 2008 graduate of Dominican, Rashim finished at the top of the Stars’ era assist list. His free throw percentage (80%) ranks third in program history.

Rashim continued his career with the Lake County Stars and the Kenosha Ballers of the Independent Basketball Association. He then returned to Dominican in 2017 and served as an assistant coach through 2021.

Rashim believes in playing a winning brand of basketball, teaching life skills through the game, and helping guide young men to lead successful lives academically, athletically, and professionally. He recruits competitive, motivated, and passionate student-athletes who are focused on doing well in the classroom and on the court to achieve their goals.
