Why I Work in DU Admission

The reason I choose to work at Dominican is because of the camaraderie and common goals of everyone on campus. The faculty and staff at Dominican inspires students to achieve those goals. I particularly like the great student to faculty ratio, as I feel this is very important in getting every student involved in the classroom with the hope of reaching their full potential. The “small community feel” that Dominican University possesses makes it easy for me to speak and represent this exceptional school.

Hobbies/Interests

Traveling, coaching and watching soccer, and also researching odd facts and useless information. On a day off I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two boys, Camden and Lucas.

Why I Work in DU Admission

As a recent graduate of Dominican University, it was a very easy choice to come back and work for Undergraduate Admissions. The four years I spent as a student at Dominican provided me with the opportunity to experience personal growth, develop true friendships, and create memories that will last a life time. As a first generation college student, who had come from a single parent household, Dominican provided me with the proper support and resources that I needed in order to get to the ‘finish line’.  The peers, advisors, and mentors that I gained here at Dominican University helped me to find success in life. I work for DU Admissions in order to provide future generations of college students with the same compassion and service that I was given during my time here.

Hobbies/Interests

My hobbies include working out for a minimum of 3 hours everyday and dining at Raising Cane’s! I also enjoy supporting our DU Stars at home games!
