Horizons Project Scholarship Application
Submitted applications will be reviewed 1) to determine eligibility based on qualifications set by the grantor (Health Resources and Services Administration) 2) completeness of requested materials and 3) having a demonstrated financial need based on your FAFSA. Priority will be given to minoritized students.
We have been awarded $649,990.00 annually for up to 5 years, AY 2020 to 2025 for a minimum of 25 MSW students annually. If congressional funding continues through all 5 years, we will receive $3,249,950 in scholarship funding for MSW students who arise from disadvantaged backgrounds and are committed to serving in Medically Underserved Communities and/or with Medically Underserved Populations.
The deadline for this application is July 15, 2023.
