 Current Job

PNC Financial Services Group as a Payment Protection Program Analyst until my development program starts in August. Once the development program starts, I will be a Human Resources Development Program Associate.

Where did you intern while completing your degree?

I had two internships during my time at Dominican University. I interned at PNC Human Resources through PNC University as a Learning and Development Intern in the summer of 2020. During spring of 2021, I did a Human Resources internship at Options Clearing Corporation. My title was HR Intern, Organizational Development and Diversity and Inclusion.

What was your favorite part about the BCDP program?

My favorite part of the BCDP program was the access we had to the Executives in Residence. Jennifer Campe provided me with great feedback on my resume, always made time for me when I needed assistance, and even helped me navigate better understanding and negotiating offers.

What did you learn from the BCDP program?

I learned ways to better format my resume and was able to practice relevant skills such as interviewing, public speaking, and networking.

What do you want prospective students to know about Dominican/Brennan and the career development program?

To be successful at anything you must be willing to put in the work necessary and be willing to ask for help when you need it. Dominican is an institution that has many resources for you to leverage—it is up to you whether you seek out opportunities to learn and grow. Just know that at no point in your journey here will you ever be alone, even if you don’t know who to go to you can always go to any of the faculty and they will be more than willing to assist you.
