¡El Futuro Is Here!: Igniting Hope, Cultivando Liderazgo 

Hosted by the PASOS Network at Dominican University, July 29-31, 2025 

This transformative gathering—the 4th one since 2018—focused on empowering Latino/a students, campus ministers, theological educators, faculty, staff, and administrators. 

The conference theme, Igniting Hope, Cultivando Liderazgo, called us to energize and ignite hope while embracing fullness of community, joy, and resilience, as we navigate the future together. As we journey towards a transformative future, this conference explored how Latine cultural expressions, lived experiences, and faith practices can ignite hope and cultivate transformative leadership in our communities. Participants engaged in a series of conversations and experiences that celebrated the traditions and cultural contributions of Latinx communities, learned from experts in Latinx theology and ministry, and learned more about implementing culturally sustaining frameworks at their respective institutions.
