Ten Thousand Villages storefront

Displays designed by Dominican University students are helping draw in shoppers to a few Oak Park and Forest Park stores this holiday season.

Students in this fall’s retail promotion and visual merchandising course partnered with four shops to create storefront window displays. The students’ designs can be seen at Epyk Luxury, 7446 Madison St., in Forest Park, and Ten Thousand Villages, 121 N. Marion St.; Sugar Fixé bakery, 119 N. Marion St.; and Jayne boutique, 122 N. Marion St., in downtown Oak Park.

“I want it to bring smiles to everybody’s faces,” sophomore Chloe Cabrales told the Forest Park Review about her group’s winter wonderland display at Epyk Luxury.
