1/12/2022: Jenzabar One Name Search Timeouts

Information Technology is aware of consistent slowness/timeouts in the name search feature of Jenzabar One. This is a known issue which has been reported by numerous other schools and is under investigation by Jenzabar. As more information becomes available to our web and systems team from Jenzabar, the Support Center will keep the user base updated.

1/6/2022: Known Issue with "Student Course History" in myDU Advising tab

Information Technology is aware that the existing Student Course History report in the myDU Advisors tab is currently not functional. This issue has been reported to Jenzabar and is actively under investigation by their technical team. As a temporary work-around, a new portlet was created by Information Technology to access the data. Directions are available on the Advisors tab, top of the page.

1/8/2022: Panopto Cloud Upgrade

On Saturday, January 8th, our Panopto Cloud site will be upgraded to the latest release. This upgrade will occur from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (next day) CST. We expect up to 4 hours of viewer downtime beginning at the start of the maintenance window.
