Join us to celebrate Latine Heritage Month with renowned speaker, Ana Castillo. Castillo will discuss the release of her new book, My Book of the Dead, followed by a book signing in Lund Auditorium. A distinguished poet, novelist, short story writer, essayist, editor, playwright, translator, and independent scholar from Chicago, she has written several influential literary works, including So Far from God, The Guardians, and Peel My Love like an Onion. Her work centers the marginalized and empowers its readers to advocate for social justice.
