Borra College of Health Sciences and the Siena Center invite you to join us for a virtual panel discussion about COVID-19 and vaccine hesitancy in our community. We are delighted to welcome medical professionals and community health advocates to share their perspectives and engage in conversation with us all. Together we can learn about ways to encourage vaccination and better understand the reasons many people continue to experience fear and mistrust of science today. We encourage the audience to share questions during the conversation as well for the experts to answer.

Panelists include:

Kristen K. Mighty, PhD, MPH, Executive Director, Quinn Center of St. Eulalia

Maria Jefferson-Walker, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, Assistant Professor, Elizabeth T. MacNeil School of Nursing, Dominican University

John Segreti, MD, Hospital Epidemiologist, Medical Director Infection Control and Prevention at Rush University

Nathaly Valdivia Oberto-Besso, Senior at Dominican University, Faith and the Vaccine Student Ambassador

This program made possible by the generosity of Dominican University alumna, Mary Louise Hartman '64.
