The Bachelor of Arts in Human Services (BHS) requires 120 credit hours in the areas of general electives, proficiency requirements, general education requirements and major requirements. To be admitted to the program, applicants must have previously completed 30 college credits or must receive a waiver (pdf) from the dean of the College of Applied Social Sciences. Those 30 hours can be applied to general elective requirements.

Students may elect to declare up to two concentrations, which include disability advocacy, international studies, labor relations, sustainability studies, and training and development. Courses are offered conveniently in the evenings at Triton College or online, both in an accelerated eight-week format.

A maximum of 90 hours in transfer credit (68 from community colleges) will be accepted.
