Updated: November 4, 2020

To the Class of 2020:  we are contacting you with a periodic update regarding options for rescheduling the commencement ceremony that, because of COVID-19, we had to cancel last May. As you are probably aware, the state of Illinois, like many states across the country, is experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases. At this time, it is too soon to tell if public health conditions will allow for large gatherings this spring.  Should it be possible in May to hold commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2021, we would plan to offer a special ceremony for the Class of 2020 as well.

We will be monitoring state and local guidelines in the coming months and share plans with you when they become clear. Thank you for your patience. Stay healthy and safe during this challenging time.
