The Out-of-Work Job Search
On April 26, 2012, Dominican University’s School of Professional Studies (SPCS) hosted business psychologist Stephen A. Laser, PhD, who shared insights gained over thirty years as a hiring consultant who has evaluated more than 20,000 job applicants. The author of Out-of-Work and Over-40 (Xlibris 2011), Dr. Laser offered unique insights into the challenges faced by more experienced workers in a tough labor market. Networking in the New Normal
