Mission

Goals and Outcomes
Goal One

The program will produce competent entry-level practitioners who obtain employment related to their course of study.

Measurable Objectives

  • Over a five-year period, 70% or more of CPD graduates who sought employment in dietetics will be employed within three months of program completion.
  • 100% of CPD graduates will score a 4 (proficient) or 5 (exceptional) on all rotation competencies based on the ACEND Standards for Dietetic Education Programs.
  • 80% of CPD graduates will pass the RD exam within 12 months of their first attempt.
Goal Two

The program will foster a commitment to life-long learning, service, and leadership in health care.

Measurable Objective

  • Three years following graduation, 50% of graduates will report participation in professional or volunteer activities beyond national and state membership.
