Listed below are links to databases available for assessment.
- Rare, archival footage, including the entire series of United News and Universal Newsreel are slated for inclusion, plus select titles from the Longines Chronoscope Series.
- High-quality, full-screen, fast-streaming video for use in the classroom or remote access.
- Synchronized, scrolling transcripts run alongside each video. Click forward in the transcript and the video jumps to that point.
- Powerful search and browse functionality let you quickly find exactly the video content you want.
- Create clips and annotated playlists you can share with your class, institution, or all authorized users.
- 24/7 access and no software requirements—a broadband connection and a standard Web browser are all you need.
American History in Video currently includes more than 1,500 video titles totaling more than 500 hours. It will continue to grow to more than 5,000 video titles totaling more than 2,000 hours.

EndNote Web toolbars in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox™ to access your reference library in one click, and capture citation data easily
(requires plug-in).
- Click the Sign Up for an account link.
- Complete the registration fields and click the I Accept button if you accept the End
User License Agreement.
- Follow the instructions provided to install the plug-ins, or click the
"Return to my library" link to go to your new library.
