As a member of the Alumnae/i Association you're entitled to a variety of benefits, resources and privileges. You should receive your Alumnae/i Association Card shortly after commencement. This card is your key to accessing benefits and services.Benefits include social opportunities such as reunions, golf outings and opportunities to re-connect with a classmate. On the professional side, you have access to Career Development Services and opportunities to network. You can get discounts to events at the Performing Arts Center and you can audit classes. Alumnae/I Association Card
Alumnae/i Association membership cards, which are distributed to graduates shortly after commencement, are the key to accessing alumnae/i benefits and services. Lost and/or stolen cards may be replaced for a $10 fee by contacting the Office of Alumnae/i and Parent Relations at (708) 524-6286 or alumni@dom.edu.Back to top
Audit Classes
Depending upon the availability of space and at the discretion of the dean of the academic area of interest, undergraduate alumnae/i may audit most undergraduate courses free of charge except for class fees and books. Auditors may only register on the first day of class or during the add/drop period. No auditor may hold a place in the class if needed for a credit student. Auditing is not permitted in studio courses in art, music or theatre; physical education courses; independent/directed study; service learning; or other courses designated by the university.Alumnae/i holding a Dominican University master’s degree can contact the degree-granting school regarding course audit policy. Facility Usage
Alumnae/i may reserve most rooms in the university for private gatherings, excluding weddings and receptions, by calling the Business Office at (708) 524-6788. Alumnae/i may also use the library and Student Center fitness facilities.Back to top
Rebecca Crown Library
Alumnae/i are invited to use the Rebecca Crown Library and may check out books by presenting their Alumnae/i Association cards. Remote access to the university’s electronic resources is not allowed due to licensing issues. The library is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. Student Center Fitness Facility
Present your Alumnae/i Association card to utilize the university’s fitness center, gymnasium, track, pool and racquetball courts. Locker room access is limited to the general locker rooms. Lockers are available on a daily basis; bring your own lock. Appropriate attire, including athletic training shoes, must be worn at all times. Visit www.dom.edu/athletics/facilities for a schedule of facility hours. Since a home game, practice or other activity may prevent the use of a facility, it is always best to call (708) 524-6552 before arriving.Back to top
Weddings
A limited number of alumnae/i weddings are permitted each year in Rosary Chapel and the Priory Chapel. Some restrictions apply. For information on guidelines and availability, call (708) 714-9001 or email priory@dom.edu.
Consider your
alma mater for your wedding photos when making your wedding plans. If your wedding
is taking place near Dominican, the cloister walk, the quad or other beautiful and familiar campus
locations make exquisite backdrops for your photos. Both main and Priory campuses are

Intramural Sports

Wellness Center
With a signed release, recent graduates may secure photocopies of their immunization records from the Health Services Office by presenting their Alumnae/i Association membership cards. As supply permits, alumnae/i may purchase flu shots at a reduced-cost during the fall semester. The Counseling Services Office provides up to six counseling sessions on a sliding fee scale for alumnae/i; other limitations may apply. Referral services are available to alumnae/i free of charge.
