If you graduated from an undergraduate, graduate or accelerated program at Dominican University, you automatically are a member of the Alumnae/i Association! As a member you are entitled to benefits that include many services, events, discounts, activities and much more. You'll find study, service, prayer and community opportunities with your Alumnae/i Association, activities for each pillar of Dominican life.

Prayers for Sr. Kaye Ashe, OP '52

Please keep Sr. Kay Ashe, OP '52 in your thoughts and prayers as she continues to recover from surgery she underwent in October. While her progress is incremental her spirit is indomitable. Cards may be sent to Sr. Kaye in care of the Office of Alumnae/i Relations, Dominican University, 7900 W. Memorial Mass for Sr. Elwyn McHale, OP

 

The Dominican University Community will celebrate a Memorial Mass for Sister Elwyn McHale, OP on Wednesday, January 18 at 5:00 p.m. in Rosary Chapel. Father Richard Woods, OP will preside and preach and Sister Clemente Davlin, OP '50 will offer a reflection on the life of Sister Elwyn. Others will be invited to share their memories of our beloved sister and faculty member.

All are invited to celebrate with the Sisters of Rosary Convent on January 18.

Well Wishes for Sister Mary Woods, OP '45

Sr. Mary Woods, OP '45 suffered a stroke in September. By the Grace of God she is recovering and completed intensive physical and speech therapy at Loyola University Medical Center. She continues to make progress at St. Dominic Villa in the companionship of her Dominican Sisters. She greatly appreciates all the cards, prayers and concerns that have flooded her.  If you would like to send her a card please address it to:

Alumnae/i Weekend 2012

Save the Date - June 8-10, 2012


Formerly known as Reunion, this annual event will bring together alumnae/i of many generations, including special celebrations for classes ending in 2 and 7. For those of you celebrating milestone reunions in 2012 we are still looking for volunteers for the Reunion Planning Committee (RPC). If you are interested in volunteering for the RPC, please contact Karin McClelland-Anderer, assistant director of alumnae/i relations, at (708) 524-6490 or kmcclelland@dom.edu.  Complete our online Alumnae/i Weekend Interest Form.
