Transfer Scholarships
Transfer Merit Scholarships are awarded to entering full-time transfer students based on their grade point average from their previous institutions at the time of acceptance to Dominican University. To be eligible for the transfer merit scholarship, a student must have completed at least 24 semester credits. Transfer students with less than 24 credits receive scholarship consideration based on their high school records.
- $8,000 Transfer G.P.A. 3.5 and above
- $6,000 Transfer G.P.A. 3.3 to 3.49
- $3,000 Transfer G.P.A. 3.0 to 3.29
These scholarships are available to full-time students entering Dominican University as members of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges. Students receiving Phi Theta Kappa Scholarships are not eligible for Transfer Merit Scholarships.
- $9,000 Transfer G.P.A. 3.5 and above
- $7,000 Transfer G.P.A. 3.3 to 3.49
- $4,000 Transfer G.P.A. 3.0 to 3.29
