The mission of Faculty Development and Research Services (FDRS) is to focus, deepen, and coordinate resources of the Office of the Provost. This includes offering services supporting all Dominican faculty (both full-time and part-time), at all stages of their careers, in their roles as teachers, scholars, and citizens of the University and wider communities.

FDRS provides a centralized hub for a range of initiatives supporting intellectual community and faculty distinction and is committed to promoting a spirit of curiosity, confidence, innovation, engagement, and collaboration. FDRS provides a coherent infrastructure dedicated to the professional development, success, and satisfaction of Dominican faculty, both individually and collegially.
