adjunct assistant professor of business law, recently participated in negotiating a new international treaty, titled the Convention on the Use of Electronic communications in International Contracts, as part of the US Delegation to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. He has also published numerous articles and made multiple presentations during the past year on the topics of electronic transactions and information security law.
