had designs accepted in the juried runway show and in the juried mounted exhibit at the annual meeting of the International Textile and Apparel Association. In addition, a group of her students were finalists for a product development competition at the meeting in Savannah, GA in November.“As a student I wanted an intimate community. As an aspiring journalist I wanted a big city. Dominican gave me both—and so much more.”
