Dominican University to Hold Corn Roast
Dominican University’s Staff Benevolence Committee is presenting a corn roast and music
festival featuring live music from the 1960s on Friday, September 21. “Lend Us Your Ears” will
begin at 6:00 p.m. in the university’s Quad, 7900 W. Division Street, River Forest.
Admission for “Lend Us Your Ears” is $10, $5 for students. For more information, please
contact Ange Reda at (708) 524-6984. Raffle tickets for baskets of goodies including Ravinia
Festival tickets, gift certificates to local restaurants, handcrafted jewelry and accessories, and
professional legal and computer services will be sold during the event.
Proceeds from this family-friendly event will support the activities of the university’s staff
benevolence committee.
