BSB Presents Program on Executive Search
Dominican University’s Brennan School of Business will present a panel discussion titled “The Nuts and Bolts of Executive Search” on Monday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m. in Springer Suite of the Rebecca Crown Library, 7900 W. Division Street, River Forest.
The panel discussion will include Ronald Dukes, president of Ronald Dukes Associates, LLC, and Cynthia Pawlak, senior associate of Spencer Stuart. The panelists will give an overview of what services are provided to job seekers by small and large search firms.
Named one of North America’s top executive recruiters in The New Career Makers, Ronald Dukes has completed engagements for positions ranging from general managers to presidents and CEOs. Prior to his consulting career, Dukes was corporate director of recruiting and management development for American Motors Corporation. He is a member of the Executives Club of Chicago, the Economic Club of Chicago and a board member of Chicago Youth Centers, one of the largest youth agencies in Chicago.
Cynthia Pawlak has over 10 years of experience in executive search and over 10 years of corporate recruiting work. Although her experience at Spencer Stuart has focused on life sciences, her prior search experience includes a broad range of industries, from financial services to manufacturing. Spencer Stuart is one of the world’s leading executive search firms, employing 320 consultants operating out of 50 offices in 26 countries.
