Panel on the Next Generation of Leadership
Dominican University’s School of Business will present a panel discussion on the Next Generation of Leadership on Monday, February 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lund Auditorium, 7900 W. Division Street, River Forest. The panel will specifically focus on the challenges and rewards of owning a small business or operating a family-owned business.
The panel will be moderated by Dr. Arvid Johnson, assistant professor of management at Dominican University, and will include Peter F. Darley, chief operating officer of W.S. Darley & Co.; Jeffrey M. Giannelli, vice president of The Cortina Companies; Joan Wrenn, president of Hudson Precision Products Co; and James J. Cowhey, Jr., president of the Land & Lakes Group. They will discuss how their family-owned businesses grew and changed under the leadership of successive generations.
