Dominican University to Host Graduate Open House

Dominican University will host a graduate open house and information session on Tuesday, July 15 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Dominican's main campus, 7900 W. Division Street in River Forest. This event is designed for prospective students interested in graduate studies at the university.

Dominican University offers a variety of master's degree programs in the Graduate School of Library and Information Science, the Graduate School of Business and Information Systems, the School of Education and the Graduate School of Social Work.

Representatives from each of the university's graduate schools will be available to answer questions about the various degree programs and the admissions and financial aid processes.

Graduate classes are scheduled with busy adults in mind, offering flexible times and convenient locations. Students enrolled in the Institute for Adult Learning can pursue accelerated bachelor's and master's degrees in organizational leadership. Classes for the fall semester begin on September 3.

Founded in 1901, Dominican University is a comprehensive, coeducational Catholic institution offering bachelor's and master's degrees. Dominican offers 51 undergraduate academic programs in the Rosary College of Arts and Sciences and 18 graduate programs in four graduate schools through the Graduate School of Library and Information Science, the Graduate School of Business Information Systems, the School of Education and the Graduate School of Social Work. In the 2003 issue of America’s Best Colleges, U.S. News & World Report ranked Dominican University in the top tier of Midwest master's level universities and as a best value for the fifth consecutive year.
