When is graduation?
The graduation ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 3 at 11:00 a.m. for undergraduates and 3:00 p.m. for graduates, in the Lund Auditorium.

Do I have to attend all of the graduation events?
We strongly encourage you to participate in as many events as possible but you really should be in attendance at the rehearsal so that you know all of the details about your graduation day.

Is there a graduation rehearsal?
Yes. Rehearsal will be on Tuesday, April 22 at 5:30 p.m. for graduates, and Thursday, April 24 at 5:30 p.m. for undergraduates, in the Lund Auditorium.

Where do we meet before graduation?
All graduates will meet in the Cloister Walk 45 minutes before their particular Ceremony is scheduled to begin.

What should I wear at graduation?
Our graduates wear caps and gowns with hoods that vary by schools. Your attire should be business appropriate (i.e. no jeans, flip-flops, shorts etc.) We want to make sure that you look your best when you walk across the stage. Please leave your purses or any other items with family members so you do not carry them as you process.

Where do I get the cap and gown?
You will need to order your cap and gown online from Jostens. Their Web site is www.jostens.com. Please note that your student accounts needs to be paid in full to participate in commencement and to get your diploma.

What do I do with my cap and gown after the ceremony?
You need to return your cap and gown to Lewis Lounge. If they are not returned that day, there will be a charge.

How many friends and family members can see me graduate?
We provide each graduate with four tickets for guests. While there may be a very limited quantity of extra tickets available - please do not assume that there will be more than four tickets for each family. Please note that each person needs a ticket to get into the auditorium (this includes young children).  The doors to the Lund Auditorium will open 45 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Where can we park?
Parking is available on campus that day but we expect a full house so make sure you leave enough time to find a parking space. There is generally also more space available on Village streets. While we do not monitor parking permits on campus that day, cars blocking the fire lanes or parked illegally on campus will be ticketed. We thank you in advance for being mindful of where you park.

Do I get my actual diploma when I walk across the stage?
You will pick up your diploma in the Registrar's Office after the ceremony.

You can purchase printed announcements through the following companies:
