When is graduation?
The graduation ceremony for undergraduates will be held Saturday, May 3 at 11:00 a.m. for undergraduates and at 3:00 p.m. for graduates. 

Where is it held?
It takes place in the Lund auditorium, which is located in the Fine Arts Building.

When should I arrive?
The doors to the auditorium open 45 minutes before the ceremonies begin.

Is there parking available?
Parking is available on campus that day, but we expect a full house so make sure you leave enough time to find a parking space. There is generally also more space available on the streets surrounding the campus. While we do not monitor parking permits on campus that day, cars blocking the fire lanes or parked illegally on campus will be ticketed. We thank you in advance for being mindful of where you park.

Do we need tickets for the ceremony?
Yes. We provide each graduate with four tickets for guests. While there may be a very limited quantity of extra tickets available – please do not assume that there will be more than four tickets for each family. Please note that each person – including young children – needs a ticket to get into the auditorium.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?
Yes.

Where does my student get his/her cap and gown?
Students will need to order their cap and gown online from Jostens. Their Web site is www.jostens.com. We are waiting to hear what the deadline is for ordering caps and gowns; we will post that date as soon as we receive that information. Please note that their student accounts must be paid in full to participate in commencement and receive their diploma.

What should they do with the cap and gown after graduation?
Students will need to return their cap and gown to Lewis Lounge. If they are not returned that day, there will be a charge.

Where can we order graduation announcements?
You can purchase printed announcements through the following companies:
