Masters in Nursing Program

As the nursing profession becomes more technically and technologically advanced, many nursing schools now require students to complete a bachelor’s degree before enrolling in a clinical nursing program.

Upon completion of their clinical education at the nursing school, students receive a Master of Nursing (MSN) degree.

Dominican is affiliated with Rush University College of Nursing, which offers a seven-quarter Generalist Entry Masters (GEM) in Nursing with a focus on Clinical Leadership.

Students must have a bachelor’s degree—and must have completed the required prerequisite courses—to be admitted to this degree program at Rush.
