Dominican University is grateful for the generous and enduring support of Raymond Skilling, husband of Alice Welsh Skilling, and her sisters Marlene Welsh Phillips and Shirley Welsh Ryan, who established this scholarship in honor of Mrs. Skilling’s dedication and commitment to the arts. In recognition of their civic, cultural and philanthropic contributions to the community and in the arts, Mrs. Skilling and her sisters were presented the 2008 Bravo Award, one of Dominican University’s most distinguished awards of service.
