Jessica Cochran

A graduate of Dominican University, Jessica Cochran completed graduate study in Curatorial Practice at California College of the Arts and Art History at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She currently works for the Center for Book & Paper Arts as Curator of Programs and Exhibitions. She previously was Director of Marketing and Programs for Art Chicago and NEXT.  She serves on the Junior Board for ThreeWalls, and her writing has appeared in Newcity, Proximity, Curating Now, CS and Miami Magazine. Her interests include the history and theory of curatorial practice and Institutional Critique, particularly as they relate to the shifting constructs and mechanisms of the art world.
