This workshop will be presented by an attorney who has been working on ethical issues related to elders for the past twenty five years. Trained as a social worker, Joseph T. Monahan addresses the legal and ethical issues which confront social workers who work with persons who are elderly and the families and professionals who serve them.

  • alternative decision making strategies that might be available to consider
  • using the NASW Code of Ethics in your practice
