Headlines

Coach White to host boys’ basketball camp :  Dominican University head men’s basketball coach, Mark White, will host two one-week basketball camps for boys ages eight to 14 years old.  The camp will run from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with the first session starting on Monday, June 18 and the second session beginning on Monday, June 25.  For further information or to register for the camp, download a camp brochure here.

Haiduc receives NAC All-Conference honors : Dominican University junior Mike Haiduc (Chicago, IL) was named to the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) All-Conference Team released to the public on Tuesday following the conclusion of the NAC Men’s Basketball Tournament.

Dominican's Haiduc scores 1,000th career point : Dominican University’s 6’7” junior forward, Mike Haiduc (Chicago, IL) became the 14th person to reach the 1,000 career point mark in the Stars’ 73-62 loss to Edgewood College in the semifinals of the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) Men’s Basketball Tournament on Friday night.

Dominican falls in NAC semifinals : The Dominican University men’s basketball team wrapped up the most successful season the program has enjoyed since joining the NCAA Division III in 2000 with a 73-62 loss at Edgewood College on Friday night in the semifinals of the inaugural Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) Men’s Basketball Tournament. The Stars’ 17-10 overall record is the program’s best mark since the 1991-1992 season, when the Rosary College Rebels posted a 22-10 overall record competing at the Division I level of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
