Sr. Joan Chittister, OSB, is an internationally renowned writer and lecturer, author of more than 40 books, and one of the country’s foremost spiritual leaders. In this program, Sr. Joan reflects on the harsh realities of life for far too many women around the world today. It is a world of violence, prejudice, inequality and exploitation, as real today as it has been for centuries before us. But, there is hope. She shares stories of women who are changing life for all women, through their work, their dedication and their commitment to make the world a better place for all people, men, women and children everywhere.
